11th November 2001	New class in Ringwood	Many Ringwood students travel to the BLTS Bournemouth classes to seek professional training so as a result the BLTS are starting up a series of new classes in Ringwood, initially for 5-13 year olds. The classes, which will be split into age groups, will commence in January 2002 and will be held at Ringwood Junior School on Wednesdays, after school.
November 2001	New Look sponsor new BLTS uniforms	Fashion retailer New Look have sponsored the new uniforms to be worn by BLTS students this year.
November 2001	Double date for Nick Hayes	Daily Echo report on Nick Hayes' recent scholarship award at Laine School of Theatre Arts.
November 2001	BLTS students win scholarships at Laine	BLTS students Nick Hayes and Emma Stephens have both been awarded a full scholarship to spend three years at the prestigious Laine School of Theatre Arts. They will start in Sept 2002 and study for a full diploma in professional dance and musical theatre.
8th August, 2001	Press Release: Big Little Get West End Treatment	Students from the Big Little Theatre School experienced West End directing at a special workshop run on Sunday, August 5th. The full press release, photographs and an e-mail link for more information appears on the link page.
23rd-27th July and 30th July-3rd August, 2001	Musical Summer Schools	Two summers schools, which have been extremely popular in previous years, have been arranged for 2001.
23rd May, 2001	In The Spotlight picture gallery	The photographs taken by Mike Burnside are now viewable in the "In The Spotlight" picture gallery. High quality prints are available and details can be obtained from the BLTS office.
